Rental inquiries

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. We contact you to confirm availability, pricing and the documents we need. A rental is confirmed only after you sign the rental agreement and your payment is received.

Pricing and information on this site

We work to keep prices, vehicles and requirements on this site accurate, but they can change. The terms confirmed in writing at booking and in your signed rental agreement apply.

Rental agreement

Every rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign at pickup, including rules on use, insurance, mileage, returns and fees. If these website terms conflict with it, the rental agreement controls.

Communications

If you opt in, we may contact you by text message as described in our SMS Terms. We may also reply to your inquiry by phone or email.
